Retiro brings together one of the city's largest squares, luxurious hotels and numerous office buildings. Recoleta is one of the finest and most expensive areas in Buenos Aires. It is known for its French style buildings and first-class restaurants.
La Boca is a typical neighborhood of immigrants, including Greeks, Yugoslavians, Turks and Italians. The walls of the apartment style homes there are painted vibrant colors. San Telmo is a sightseeing must because of its ancient architecture and the Orthodox Russian Church, La Defensa Alley (an 18th century house that recreates the Colonial Buenos Aires) and Colonel Manuel Dorrego Square. The square is famous for its antiques, coffee shops, tango dancing and jazz clubs.
Day 1: Welcome to Buenos Aires!
You will be picked up from the Buenos Aires airport and transferred to your chosen hotel. Take a private city or biking tour and visit some of the city's most traditional neighborhoods in Monserrat, La Boca, San Telmo, Retiro and La Recoleta (church and cemetery). Total tour time is 4 hours. Spend the late afternoon at one of Buenos Aires's finest wine bars to sample some of the best Argentine wines. Evening will be spent at El Querandi for a tango show and dinner. Lodging will be at your choice of a four-star or five-star hotel in Buenos Aires.
Day 2: Day at the Ranch
Spend the day at an exclusive Argentine estancia (ranch), El Ombu de Areco. Experience life on the range by doing some horseback riding, eating ranch-style barbecue and more.
Day 3: Tigre and Delta
Visit Tigre and Delta, two of Buenos Aires's most important north neighborhoods. In Tigre, visit San Isidro's Cathedral and the Mercado de Frutos. Then, board a catamaran and explore the dense forest in the Delta. Total activity time is 5 hours. Lodging will be at your choice of a four-star or five-star hotel in Buenos Aires.
Day 4: Leaving So Soon?
Transfer out to one of the city's airports, domestic or international.
Tours not available on New Year's Day, Easter, Christmas Day and other Argentina national holidays. Argentina's national holidays are scheduled as follows: March 24, April 2, April 10, May 1, May 25, June 15, July 9, August 17 and October 12.

What kind of shape do I need to be in to enjoy my trip?
The adventure trip has been rated easy. Expect 1-2 hours of activity. This is a great trip for anyone looking for a relaxing vacation.
Do I have to carry my own luggage or gear during activities?
All luggage is transported in our support vehicle. You only have to carry your personal items for that day's activity.
Is there any additional charge for gear?
ALL specific gear for each activity is provided. A packing list with personal gear / clothing appropriate for the area will be sent to you with our pre-departure package.
Do you offer any kind of protection insurance?
No. However, it is strongly recommended you purchase travel insurance before leaving your country, to protect yourself against loss of baggage, trip cancellation, non refundable airfare, or emergency medical expenses.
Once I have booked my trip, when will I receive more detailed information about my trip?
Once we have confirmed your reservation, you will receive a pre-departure package, including the final itinerary of your trip, as well as general information about the country you will be visiting (passport / visa requirements; packing list; recommended literature, etc).
Will I need a passport or a visa if I'm traveling internationally?
Both Argentina and Chile require passports. Please refer to the Argentine and / or Chilean Consulate within your country for updated visa requirements for these two countries.
